And so to Phase 2 of this amazing project. The photos in the gallery show the saplings from the nursery beds being distributed to the farmers for planting out. The tree champions are also taking out saplings to start their outreach to the communities. As well as the saplings they are sharing the message of the vital importance of these trees. This message will be cascaded.

Today 3,620 tree saplings have been distributed to be planted on the hills of The Rwenzori.

An exciting day indeed. But this is just the beginning.
