Success

Updated: Dec 3, 2018

A visit to the Good Samaritan Training Centre saw new students training in tailoring, knitting and hairdressing. Bob was still teaching shoe making skills although he was having to juggle running his own business back in Kasese. Hairdressing was a new training skill because changes in fashion meant more people wanted their hair done and it was something the girls enjoyed doing.

Rose was also established in a little business on the Fort Portal Road in Kasese. She had her hand sewing machine, donated by Amaha We Uganda, and was living with her Aunt. She was enjoying the company of people her own age and was very happy in her new community.
