Meeting with the street boys (mostly now young men) in the new All Saint's church was cause for celebration. John, one of the younger street kids, had gone off the radar for some time and had chosen a path of alcohol and drug abuse. He had decided to give up this path of self destruction and return to the fellowship of his friends. Martin, the leader of the boys, took him in to his small residence to look after him as long as he remained abuse free.
A free soda raised spirits.
