I am grateful to Amaha We Uganda and the microfinance loans.
I borrow money from my women’s group to buy produce twice a week, on market days, from the farmers . I sell to consumers in the big market. I have to get there at 6 am to buy from the farmers or I lose the opportunity. I buy different produce from other women so I am not selling the same things. I buy eggplants and tomatoes.
Every 2 or 3 market days I make enough money not to have to borrow.
With the profit I make I can pay back my loans, pay school fees for my children and get books.
